We are a racing family.  Mom got us into racing as her family has followed racing for many years.  Christopher and Dad races HO scale slot cars at the house this past weekend.  Christopher was within 1 lap of his first heat victory when a fluke spin turned his car around backwards.  Another competitor hit his spun car by accident and ended Chris' race.  He was quite disappointed, but his first win is not far away.  Dad didn't fare too well.  He had a fast car, but couldn't find the handle and crashed out of several races... he'll have to get them next time!
